Just called CS at 03-2028 6300 and asked about my application status (submitted on Monday) and it is approved! I am expecting IVR but CS answered the call.
Anyway, I asked about if possible to waive the SST, he said possible. Just need to call contact centre and submit my request. Subject to management approval |

My statement date is 16 Jul and there is an online transaction I made on 15 Jul but posting date is 16 Jul. Can I check the CB for this transaction will be counted for next statement?
