I would say unique card design in credit cards market la, same goes to Affin VS card.

But the main point is the attractive cash back, not card design haha, anyhow you won't bring out for Affin Duo Visa Card also I guess

Just did my application with additional cards, same methods to process, first time for me to print EPF this way, look like a payment receipt, and officer came and look for us which is convenient

If you’re Visa Signature card holder, why not to consider additional card for Affin BHP Mastercard if you always using BHP.

But if you looking for weekdays pump then different story

11-Sep: submitted additional credit card application, sales officer visited and printed EPF
21-Sep: Missed out two phone calls after lunch hours

Luckily they call again and able to picked up, I was requested to send the cards to branch instead mailing address since some incident shared here, it may delay to receiving cards

After 1 hours, approved credit card message received

RM0.00 Your request on Additional Card for Affin Bank credit card has been approved.

Hopefully cards arrived end of this month

I was requested to send credit cards to branch since it may delay to be sent to home address.
However, I just noticed cards has been delivered to my mailbox yesterday

Surprisingly received it within 4 working days
And both cards are the same statement date from my existing cards as I can see Duo Cards 16 digits number in the latest statement, time to plan for spending

Ya just checked mine too, hopefully follow existing card's SST cycle then

You should consider to include Affin BHP Card in photo to be “one family set”... haha

The design of Affin BHP card should follow Visa Signature or Duo card footsteps, it now looking totally different

I was thinking would this possible due to their system setting.
Before the current statement date, my statement date was on somewhere second week of the month, and reminder system usually sent during due soon on that time.

However, few months back, bank has totally changed my statement date to end of the month (could be all existing cardholder) without consent / message to notify customer.
I only noticed when I call them to find out.

By changing new statement date for me, not sure whether this is the result to affected their system for statement date option not up to date, therefore, we're now keep receiving reminder SMS although due date long way to go.

Just my thinking, unsure how bank working regarding this.

Yes if you are new to bank, as mentioned below thumb print is required

In order to enjoy 10% for store purchase, I think there has minimum spending required.
I tried to purchased one bottle of 100Plus and they refused, credit card payment only RM20 and above

Called to cancel last week, same as usual ask reason for cancellation and so far no counter offer

Depend on the bank, sometime call to cancel is to get counter offer and stay back, but this card really need to cancel although offer.

However, who know someone accept offer and stay for months and cancel again

called them and my card has been blocked now, will replace a new card for me, but I didn’t receive any unauthorised transaction or raise dispute.

Probably someone try to do it and it’s trigger attention from bank
