My wife and I use the same account, on 2 phones, thus far no issues.

lesson learned, not to use multiple accounts on same device. so they could not recover ur account since u breached the T&C?

1) i seem to be still able to use scan and pay feature, in app purchase just that I am NOT able to top up anymore.

2)no, my device sisnt jail-break

3) i used 1 device to login to all my family members account.

What's going on with TnG? Tried to reload RM 10 but keeps showing this instead...

Had the same issue during Raya using BP, it will reflect later. 1 hour I think

The new TNC regards e-Wallet top up for Maybank card will impacted our lovely TNG Wallet top-up choice (which definitely in good & genuine usage). Just FYI.

Sorry for the dumb question. But what's the advantage of using e-wallet when we can use paywave?. Is it just because the sake of cash back/rewards shit?

for rewards of course, especially seasonal cashback for Touch 'n Go eWallet, then back to the freezer after end of reward.

While it's a yes for cashback and rewards, it's also a yes for convenience and preference of payment method.

Just to confirm that I'm not able to pay merchants with TnG physical card balance even though I have TnG e-wallet and linked my physical card in the app as well?

Not sure if I got your question right are you asking if paying merchants via TnG card will deduct the money in your TnG eWallet? If that's the question then no, that's not how it works.

Only certain highway tolls that are part of the PayDirect initiative will deduct the money in your TnG eWallet when you scan the gantry using your TnG card.

Other merchants that you can pay via card will charge the card directly without touching the eWallet.

Oh, you meant scanning the merchant's TnG eWallet QR & deduct the money from the card? Yea, if that's the case then the answer is no.
