Not sure if I got your question right are you asking if paying merchants via TnG card will deduct the money in your TnG eWallet? If that's the question then no, that's not how it works.

Only certain highway tolls that are part of the PayDirect initiative will deduct the money in your TnG eWallet when you scan the gantry using your TnG card.

Other merchants that you can pay via card will charge the card directly without touching the eWallet.

Oh, you meant scanning the merchant's TnG eWallet QR & deduct the money from the card? Yea, if that's the case then the answer is no.

Not worth the extra 10% just to avoid queue in paying parking. Heck most of the parking machine don’t even have queue, so where is the justification of the extra 10% charge.

Touch 'n Go physical card can be used to make payment at some outlets like Watson's. The cashier taps the physical card. No connection with eWallet.

Pumped Shell RM50 with Quick Payment feature, wallet balance is RM3x.xx. Straight away deducted from my BP, wallet balance remains the same amount. Deduction is instant.

It was deducted the exact amount, in my case RM50. No chance to deduct any amount from wallet.

a lot of logic to be built and may create issues in reconciliation, especially delayed charges coming from paydirect (for example)

i'd rather it leave the wallet balance as is, and autoreloadd a new full-amount instead

I linked Bigpay with TnG, is it the reason why such feature is still nowhere to be found on my app?

Do this quick payment able to pay RM50 for petrol payment at Shell when my e-wallet have less balance.

today i tried to pay bills with my e wallet, my e wallet balance is insufficient, but i have tng which has sufficient balance.. the payment is not successful..
i thought it should be deducted from my tng balance?
