walao. my tng account just got suspended. I didn't do anything. just top up with bigpay yesterday transfer fund to my friend yesterday and bam today i got banned.

i seem to be able to scan and pay. I just can't top up via cards/online banking anymore. lame ....

2)no, my device sisnt jail-break

3) i used 1 device to login to all my family members account.
