Yes I have 3 accounts, the 3rd one is back to normal already now 2 affected.
What is wrong with 3 accounts paying to the same postpaid bill? They can refuse to reward the RM 5 to all 3 accounts.

First time trying this function and it gives me 2 failed transactions back to back. 1st failed one got refunded within minutes. The 2nd one got refunded only after a couple hours. Ended up using online banking to top up my prepaid - which has never failed me over more than 10 years of using. Seriously TnG needs to make sure these don't happen. Really have no confidence in their system

of course it got to do with TNG e-wallet. it's their campaign in conjunction with 7E accepts TNG e-wallet. So I believe both parties came to an agreement how the mechanics work, if got complain from TNG e-wallet users etc....

I received both my 7e RM4 cashbacks at about 7pm yesterday (11/11). Both purchase were on 9/11.

i pump shell petrol this morning RM50 and get RM0.67 cb.. bit disappointment but better than nothing..

At the moment only 2nd bridge could paydirect with no local discount rate. 1st bridge still use conventional method.
If you are Penang IC, go get T&G card at 1st bridge TnG office. The card will enjoy special discounted rate for local ppl.
