Hi all, would like to know:
Has anyone faced issues today/recently when reloading to eWallet using CC? Earlier today not only my reload transaction failed, I got charged some other weird transaction from another company. I called my bank immediately to stop whatever it is. I’ve also informed tng but as usual the support response is slow... Want to know: - has TnG app/server been hacked leading to this issue or - possible keylogger on my phone?? Im on iOS 14.3 Previously reloaded no issues; didn’t do cashouts. This is the 1st time it happened to me. |

I start to suspect it after the TnG reload transaction left me at the “Please wait, reload is pending” then it timed out.
