Honestly, not just TnG

ShopeePay, foodpanda, Pgeon dan lain-lain also the same

I find the CS job is damn easy, just take your complain, and 'escalate'

When ask for more info, 'We can only escalate' or 'We already inform the next level'

And the next level took forever to respond and you have no way to reach the 'next level'

I believe most of these 1st level CS are mostly outsourced and all their replies are jsut scripted

Grab support not great. Foodpanda support usually ends up with a voucher or refund.

Foodpanda faked a refund promise to me

After few times promising to refund me within 14 days, 14 days and 14 days... I fed up and filed a dispute to my credit card and got it from there

No problem. If constantly error, likely banned from using CC. Did you cash out very fast after topping up with CC before this?

Yesterday I deleted 1 out of 7 saved card cos want to use a new card, so when I wanted to reload using this new card with non-saved method it failed. Did it again with saved method and it worked.

Yeah, I tried TNG CS to get support on why some entries are not showing up on my receipt. They only acknowledged that my ticket has been received. After 1 week, send email asking to confirm the date. Followed by silence and no update.

Hi all, would like to know:
Has anyone faced issues today/recently when reloading to eWallet using CC?

Earlier today not only my reload transaction failed, I got charged some other weird transaction from another company. I called my bank immediately to stop whatever it is. I’ve also informed tng but as usual the support response is slow...

Want to know:
- has TnG app/server been hacked leading to this issue or
- possible keylogger on my phone?? Im on iOS 14.3

Previously reloaded no issues; didn’t do cashouts. This is the 1st time it happened to me.

I did the usual steps for reload, but one thing I notice is the OTP page had me to scroll (usually it doesn’t). I start to suspect it after the TnG reload transaction left me at the “Please wait, reload is pending” then it timed out.
I found the whole thing suspicious so I immediately went to check my bank app - and instead of the TnG reload, I only got a transaction for some company called “greasymind.com” and they charged a wholly different amount from even my TNG reload amount.

So I immediately called my bank, they checked their end and that while they saw a requested OTP for TnG, the transaction had failed to go thru, so I wasn’t charged the reload amount. HOWEVER, this greasymind transaction has appeared around the same time I’m supposed to get the reload done, and for some unknown reason this unauthorised transaction went through instead.

I am suspecting either TnG server got intercepted by this company while I’m reloading, or the TnG app update has something else, or there’s keylogger on my phone :/

I’ll leave the screenshot of that transaction, see if anyone recognizes what/where this weird company is from:

Mine was 2 months, and until now, still not yet resolved. I am playing waiting games with them. It got escalated to managerial level, and the manager did call me last month confirming that she will look into this asap. After that, silence..................
