Hmm…I kinda found a loop hole to get the non-transferable amount become transferable

Just now pay for petrol using TnG Visa. It deducted RM200 first then refund the remaining balance after minus the petrol price. The refunded amount becomes transferable.

Will test again tomorrow

Tested the method again this morning at 3 different petrol stations back-to-back. All refunded amount become transferable

Shell - using PIN. Refund only comes in 5 mins after finish transaction. 2nd try it doesn't allow even at other pumps
Caltex - using PayWave. Refund is IMMEDIATE after each transaction. Able to transact 5 times then at the 6th tries it doesn't allow
Petronas - Tried PayWave it doesn't work, giving me error that I'd exceeded Amt Limit although I have a lot of fund in TnG

Saw there's multiple attempt to make payment using my TnG Visa card but failed. Then the last one FACEBK*6MFN4GGKJ2 -RM5.39 went through.

How to file a dispute? Not a lot but I think need to make TnG responsible

Saw another 5 fraudulent transactions *Google Facebook Mountain View* performed using my VISA card last night. Currency is BDT - Bangladeshi Taka. Filed another refund claim, even though the first claim is not even refunded yet. Decided to get a card replacement but there's a replacement fee of RM15!

Very frustrated. TnG is not a bank. Other banks would have a call centre to complaint to and they'll immediately lock the card and send a replacement card for free
