Is there a way to check TnG eWallet transaction, balance, etc using web login? All the while, we are checking using the mobile app only.

Yes, just go to the counter and tell the staff the amount that you want to pump, pay using TnG ewallet and go pump.

If you are lucky, you will find some preferred seller at shopee who are selling TnG credit at 0% service charge. Normally sellers will charge 2%. It is sold out very fast normally.

I noticed that every time when we pay using TnG ewallet at speedmart 99, cashier need to manually key the amount. There is a possibility that cashier might key in the wrong amount. I experienced this before and luckily the cashier gave me back the extra amount that was wrongly keyed in in cash. I think they should improve the system to get rid of this manual keying in. The purpose of ewallet should be fast and convenient.

Yeah, just started using this year. BTW, thanks for the info, I didn't know such manual method is common for eWallet.
Anyway, I will always double check just to make sure the amount is tally.
I do hope they will improve the system though.

Thanks for the advise. It is just small amount of money. Plus the staff actually apologized and return me the money that was wrongly keyed in so I am fine with it. Anyway, I do hope they will remove the manual method though.

I'm not sure how reliable is it. I have tried to topup rm 5 for testing and it was successful.

Will it show in the app that you entitled for 50% cash back for newly registered user? Would like to know more about the TnC for this 50% cash back. If you are a new registered user and received transfer money from others, is the 50% cash back still applicable? The max cap is rm15?

Any advice if wish to switch to new phone and use TnG account?
I think it is common nowadays for people to change to new phones due to it is already spoiled, lag, stolen, lost, etc.
If TnG going to blacklist these situations then I don't know what to say already.
