I topped up straight to go plus from my joint individual saving account. Didn't encounter any problem. Did a test withdraw and it all went smoothly too.

If you get suspended, what happens to the balance in your go + ? All the money stucked inside or they will refund back to you ?

How much did you reload via pin and then when did you cash out? Immediately?

Having kinda of the same prob here. Current balance in go+ is 3500. Trying to cash in 5000 via online banking but error msg unsuccessful. But when I try 4999.99 it will go to the maybank page.

This is such a joke. I have around 3k plus in go+ and last week just topup 1k lazada pin and using it to make payments to merchants Sengheng, mamak shop all small amounts also considered suspicious activity 😡

I’ve been cashing in go+ via m2u for a long time and cash out every month to pay for credit card and encountered no issue. But now starting last month I’m beginning to topup via Lazada tng pin to maximise my Maybank Amex cb. Meaning now my m2u 5k will add up together with my tng pin 1k. I’m afraid I will get ban if I withdraw to bank account even like 3k coz the FPX and pin is all mixed up together now in go+
