if kena double topup and they won't reverse, i'm definitely going to report to Bank Negara, presuming they're being monitored by bank negara

i did not receive any email receipts, so i presume it's not charged to me card. probably pending manual intervention, and likely will get double charged.

i don't know how friendly they are. will see what happens in the morning. past their support hours already, nobody answer the phone.

i think everyone should stop trying with big amounts. just try the minimum permitted. otherwise you'll end up with a huge balance and not able to cash out.

everyone is reloading. server overload. if you saved your card, probably you get to top up as many of us did.

In exchange of helping to load test their system, you get $30.....

Try adding your card off peak reload hours. next month you should get something.

you can still try your luck now. last month finish at before 8am

as long as within T&C, you're safe. can blast them back with the T&C if they give problem.

the only thing not random is it is getting lesser. Been getting less than $1 everyday recently. Today it's even lesser than 2% given by Barcelona card.

If me, I would use credit cards to pay big amounts. More guaranteed.

reloaded at 12:04am also didn't get. Look at the problems people reported on their FB - money deducted from credit card but not added to ewallet.

And people are complaining they're unresponsive. I guess they're responsive when a complaint is visible to the world, i.e. facebook.

wahhh touch and go is very efficient. i emailed them not getting cashback, system automagically open a case, and case was instantly resolved and closed.
