In x50 different story.
upgrade better speaker doesnt help due to the IHU just too weak to push stock speaker, so the same on upgraded speaker.
Dsp is the way to fix, or other word make your upgraded speaker worth.


The question is, worth to go 1k pegasus or 400-600 china dsp.
I asked lyn member that own x50 with pegasus but he doesnt reply me lol... So i don know

Does these DSP came with amp? I wonder how output were boosted with just DSP which practically like a device that modify instead of amplify sound signal output.

Depend on model, not all dsp with amp
But it can boost the output by itself, of course not for driving high power sub or speaker.

But i not really sure in detail how it work, thars why i asking pegasus owner... Because its be like 2x price of china dsp...

From what SA told me, Proton HQ will give priority to dealers that has high monthly sales of PIES (Persona, Iriz, Exora, Saga).

Theoretically, go for bigger dealers would give you higher chances to get your car faster.

I've booked the car with a small dealer previously. It took me 13 months to get my car & it was not the colour that I initially booked.

i never listen x50 yet. so bila meets haha
dsp require installer kungfu totally. ask for live demo whenever possible.
speaker just match the size. aim for good material non paper made.

alter speaker phase (inverse positif n negatif) might get u surprise. recent i play with other cars, plenty improvements without spending at alls

Cant answer cos they didnt demo the china brand. Lol.

Because this car i only hate its seat and speaker output quality.
Seat where i cant adjust to a position where i seat with real comfort.

Hmm... This i not sure. Maybe, because i get quoted 1k for pegasus 4.62 something. But that model cant get any spec or review from internet...

Hi, anyone got faced issue where during low speed/rpm like 1.5k - 2krpm that time, light footedly press the gas pedal will have some stutter or jerking issue. And also when releasing the gas pedal, the gear will tend to like dragging the car speed. Is this a common behaviour for a DCT?

Dragging i think mostly happen on 1-3 as gear ratio is high. Especially on gear 3.

I can feel car jerking at low speed (under 50km/h). Was told it is normal, please correct me if I am wrong.

hmm ya for me is more obvious when i am in low gear that time. Feels like they are auto braking for me haha

is turbo need exhaust pressure so low speed remain low gear

I tau dengar jer. I thought i already said pegasus have better bass and clarity on treble compared to stock setup? And yes using stock speaker. If u want more info better u ask all cross fifty. 😅

Quite disingenuous, if 100% drive in city but using clear main roads with no traffic lights, sure can.

When people say "city drive", it means a lot of stop-start (jam, traffic lights etc). ZERO change you get anywhere close to 6.7L/100km in such a scenario.
