Actually I'm not sure.. when I turn on aircon using proton link app and then enter the car the engine RPM is still 0. So I suspect they are running the AC compressor using the car battery.

BTW, went for first service today and saw on top of X50 urban package and utility package for electric power tailgate, there are three addons:
1. Wireless car charger (under the 10.25" screen) - RM450
2. Rear bumper scuff plate - RM185
3. Security Grade Tinted Film (I think Llumar based on spart parts SA, TSER VLT specs unknown) - RM2100

Unfortunately, not in stock yet lol. Even for urban/utility package, need to buy whole set and can't just get e.g. the EPT or coil mat or magnetic sunshade standalone.

Btw the wireless charger power up from the 12v socket. Not to my liking. 😅 unless tap from fuse box.

Regarding wireless charger, yeah my 12v socket used for dashcam so I guess will skip it.

I think i tried earlier.
Start the engine. But i cant unlock the car. Got error but forgot to screenshot the error. End up hv to take my key to unlock.

Perhaps i will try again later. Also vice versa unlock first then start the car all thru apps.

Oooh cant hardwire the dash cam to fusebox? And use wireless charger on the 12v

According to Proton if you hardwire any accessories including dashcam to fusebox it may void warranty; so they advise to use the 12V socket to avoid issues.

Hardwire dashcam to fusebox, does the wiring involve any cutting of cables? The service advisor told me as long as no cutting of cables and plug n play, should be no issues

yesterday tinted after 2 month driving, now waiting tint to stay for dashcam installation

The shopee seller also mentioned harwiring to car fuse box using fuse tap adapter which is plug and play.

Guess I will proceed to get the hardwire done

im not from penang,saw an ads at carlist mention from KL,selangor area.but when i finished loan process,just knew that the dealer actually from penang.i call the first dealer "julang auto" at penang and they said they dont have stock at the moment.so i contact the SA immediately,he said he try to get the car from other place.latest news he said he got the car from the above mention dealer and ask me to complete downpayment for allocation (sounds weird) to make it worse ,i check internet and found out the "new dealer" is actually his company.for me this is quite red flag since we all know that how scarce the unit in market at the moment.

i am quite desperate at the moment,since i sold my car earlier than it should.
