If you see the X50 FB page, normal ppl also got. See how lucky and how honest your dealer are only.

I booked Premium as well. Mostly for the dual tone interior and better looking interior. Didn't book Flagship because the additional stuff is useless for me, except for the dual tone exterior. But I don't wanna pay extra 10k just for that

Loan approved and I’m going to sign something and hopefully get the letter of undertaking. Let’s see how long until I can get my car after tomorrow.

Settle sign the hire purchase loan today for Proton X50 Premium variants. 9 years with 2.34% interest. Public Bank. Want the Jet Grey coloured one, but too long of a waiting period. Said to the dealer, don't care what colour, just as fast as possible for the car delivery.

On the first day of booking there's around 2000 booking..this number includes those booked before 16th sept. So those book on first day can relax abit coz very high chances you'll get by end of the year.

As for how those 400+ ppl can get their car so early, here's 2 scenarios that I'm aware of..
1. Some already confirmed with dealer no matter what price also they will buy. By confirm means most likely paid a certain large amount of money before price announce. so when dealer order their showroom units, they order for these confirmed customer as well.
2. Dealers himself got enough cash to order extra showroom units. Once the cars arrive they start selling them off. This is why some dealers forcing ppl to take together with the accessories package. (Proton memo stated for each of those showroom units must order one set).
So in short, the actual 1st batch of customer units have not been delivered as of last week. I believe proton just started delivering them this week.

And most importantly, do NOT CREEP during traffic jem.

Allow for some gap then only move your car by pressing the throttle gently.

RHB also approve my loan application, just like what you said above. 2.32% for 7 years. But I don't take it. The difference of 7 and 9 years installment is to high for me.
