Initially I booked a Premium variant, thought it comes with a 4 cylinder engine. But later immediately changed to flagship after knowing all are 3 cylinders.

Lower spec engine not only has less power but also higher fuel consumption.

It's official from Proton, even though Proton quoted the engine only output 177PS instead of 179PS in Binyue/Coolray.

There are some Coolray owners managed to sprint in 7.8s (search YouTube). But most reviews in Russia tested around 8.6s.

This guy perhaps used RON100?!

Just now I went to view the Premium variant. I can confirm that the interior is just like flagship with maroon red colour dash. Exterior also has the red line at the intake grill and red brake caliper.

To me, the disappointing part on the interior is that the red trim on the door panels and red stripes on the seats are not the same red on the dash. So overall look a bit of mismatch.

Special appointment with SA. But everywhere also can only view blue colour Premium. I guess because flagship is very popular and they reserve them for booking customers.

Is it true x50 uses lower quality materials on the door trims compared to binyue/coolray?

If you notice carefully, both air filter and cabin filter alternately change every 20k which I think is reasonable. My Myvi also has similar interval.

One possibility is to get the camera modules from Binyue or Coolray.
Another feature I noticed not in x50 is there's no 3D 360 view like in Coolray.

Ya, I paid for the accessories. Can't do anything about it. The car sells so well and lots of people willing to pay extra to get the car.

I'm getting it in another 1 week time. Booked on 16th September, Flagship.
