Usually yeah, flexi generally high interest rate than semi or term. Really depends on individual bank offer la.

Other rebate I cannot comment cos I buy during pre-launch invite 😅 it's been almost a year since things could have changed. Best to ping their developer sales team on their FB page or Website.

But knowing how LYN works you may have agents already sliding into your PMs to offer for this project or similar hahahaha

Got but it's only useful to people who live within the building. It also reduces the draw of your own unit because your unit won't get parking attached unless you choose to rent out the whole unit with only one allowed car park to the tenant.

Note that in Trion 2 the max number of parking owned per unit is 2, no extra.

Take an example of Type C, with two car parks. The master room can be rented out without car park, just like Type B, because Type B has only one car park and naturally it will be given to the tenant renting the bigger portion of the house. So Type B master room will be rented out without car park. Similarly, if tenant of Type C master room wants the car park, then the tenant will need to rent it separately. Is it how it works?

Another solution is park roadside. which is under DBKL one. Consider legal parking.

Yeah, that's the option if without car park inside, but then need to compete with other residences, else need to walk all the way down Jln Satu, or elsewhere.

True. Only 2 ways. either rent from another owner if your tenants /you need one more parking bay or roadside. Trion 2 is much better. at least have the roadside parking area compare with trion kl.

You are right, but it also shows that there are many people keen to buy an unit in this project. Binastra also mentioned more than 50% of the units had signed the SPA, which is actually not bad at all for current situation.
