May I know if who is buying 2nd property from this developer? Found some negative comment about build quality of this developer, would like to know more about it. I like the accessibility of this location but just curious if the workmanship is really that bad?

From which project of binastra you heard about the bad quality, I visited their citizen 1, the reach titiwangsa and green residence, the build quality is above average in my opinion. Perhaps different people have different standards. However, the reputation of binastra is good overall.

Personally visited Citizen multiple times, had opportunity to both see unit and explore facilities.

My impression is mostly very solid, clean workmanship, no major defects I've found, although I heard that condo management not great but build quality looks very atas lah

For the less than 3% interest, depends if your credit profile good and whether bank considers you creditworthy 🤣 These days hard to get less than 3% unless you're willing to commit to take MRTA+CI and are financially very healthy, even though low interest environment most banks have become very conservative about offering low interest rates. My readings is only Public got this low, other banks rarely got offer this low, but can try la.
