I also like this project but 2025 completion turn me off.
need to stuck for 4 years on construction interest and commitment locked.
but the showroom was really awesome.
the temptation to book right away.
the show unit really attractive. so perfectly ID. like it so much

Yeah.. 2025 is a long way from now. But Binastra has a reputation on handing over way earlier before the schedule, hope they can do the same for trion2.

These days hard to find service apartments that are less than 4 years completion.

Personally I'm gambling on the fact that Binastra has consistently delivered earlier than scheduled VP. Based on the construction speed of Trion it's likely Trion 2 will be similarly quick.

I believe they will deliver early. their sales for Trion 1 looks solid at almost fully sold out.
furthermore their company are cash solid company and has been quite successful.
they say Binastra is branch out from Exsim

They are not branch out from Exsim. Binastra previously is a contractor and one of their client is Exsim. Now they turned into developer, and construct their own project. Hence, they are able to deliver earlier as compared to other developers, since there won’t be dispute between developer and contractor

I'm sure there are other under-con projects which are slated to complete earlier that are still selling if you're concerned on this aspect.

yes, thus i didnt book this project. i booked another one completing in 2022.
this one is too long for me, age getting old. later bank dont want to loan me so many years. smile.gif

To be honest we do not how fast or slow of every project progress. The only thing we could refer is their previous record. You are right the progress interest will cost the buyer some money within 4 years but my promo package amount able to cover it i believe. no harm smile.gif

No indication from government that they're stopping. So most likely still continue even without HSR.

Trion can revisit again after my project VP 2022. if still got units left then can consider Trion.
