Hi, one questions here. If i booked a ubit with an agent, paid deposit and sign the booking form. But i haven't submit any documents for the loan application. Is it possible for me to change the agent for the loan processing? Or is there any other method?

If your situation isn't as above where the Realtor fucked up, misled or cheated, couldn't provide a service up to your standard or any other reasons that is justifiable to terminate the Realtor, thats definitely your decision to make. But, if your encounter is as above, please have the decency to understand that Realtors do need to make a living. If it wasn't for this Realtor, you probably wouldn't even know the project in the first place. Both questions depends on Binastra's internal process, how long they're willing to hold unit and whether they allow you change unitBetween, another story. may i know how many days we should provide the laon documents to the agent in order to hold that unit? is it depends on the developer? best you call Binastra direct and ask rather than using forum 😂 |

Normally client will prepare the income document fter placement booking. Nowadays is very easy to prepare, like payslip, bank statement, epf statement all can download from website. If u got ur loan approved early, so u can secure ur unit. Otherwise, there is so many client in the developer waiting list there.Between, another story. may i know how many days we should provide the laon documents to the agent in order to hold that unit? is it depends on the developer? |
