yes, indeed is really 90% booked n more than 50% already signed SPA =)

We have last few units of 660sf here and a few good bargain 800sf, if anyone is interested can just give me a buzz =)

Bandar malaysia was not the reason I bought the project. Don’t think there will be any impact with or without bandar malaysia

Bandar Malaysia was one of the key price drivers for the project, the other being TRX. This will theoretically impact prices for sure, but let's see how the market actually reacts. News is still fresh anyway.

Bandar Malaysia project largely impacts investors, but even then it's never been a "confirmed" thing during Trion 2 pre-launch, which savvy owners/investors should have known before signing the dotted line considering how the constant delays and messiness of the project has been for years laugh.gif

I'm for own stay, so like jetxzp above, I never cared about Bandar Malaysia. Main reason for buying is proximity to KLCC and amenities + walkable distance to MRT, and that alone is a decent selling point for investment.

Although I would also add based on my personal opinion and comments by my banker during loan process, Trion 2 is considered on the expensive side on psf value relative to similar projects in the area, so ROI might not be great unless CSL area actually redevelops properly and buyer can hold for longer term (at least a decade). Again, something that buyer should have taken into consideration before buying.

If based on casual convo with owner's group seems like most are own stay. They likely have similar views.

Even if bandar malaysia proceed, it will have their own residential projects within the bandar, from affordable to luxury type. So i dont think that should be in your reason list for this project.

range from 670 to 780 psf nett during pre launch based on the package i was offered, might be slightly higher now

provided 2 years by developer. after 2 years will handover to jmb, and owners will decide whether they need it or not
