Hi, I am on prepaid, plan to buy the add-on "Next 15 Plan Bundle 3 months" RM45; must I first have a reload balance validity of the same (3 months) or more? thanks!

NEXT plans are already "monthly active" in purpose. So just reload/ pay RM45 and buy the Next15 "3-month" bundle. You will get 90 days validity thereafter to use your Next 15 plan automatically renewed every 30 days. |

OK done at Digi Store. Paid RM25 + RM10. Now waiting for umobile line to dissappear before installing new sim.
I forget to ask how long is the Introductory offer of Extra 10GB Internet & 5X Hotspot. 1 month only?

Anyone got around jalan sg besi? Line very weird, full bar 4G, then sudden drop E, but cannot load anything, last line will gone Status on phone will show suspended  |

When you got charged for it means some hanky panky is going on. Either their staffs take your money without their boss knowing, or the entire outlet is complicit. Either way, a complaint by you to Digi will alert them about this practice, probably triggering an audit. |
