I see on their website this plan can get a gadget sim add on, is it possible to use the gadget sim in a portable MiFi?

Would love to use a MiFi instead of phone hotspot when im not at home

Hello guys! I switched to the new Digi family plan today. Feel a bit scammed because turns out the data is not shareable among the family lines. Only principle data can be shared to supplementary as it’s not a joint data pool. Much different from maxis. Bit weirded out

Also, since switching ive had multiple dropped calls or “call failed” while talking and driving, I just checked and volte was not enabled.

Has this jendala really destroyed non volte calls? I thought calls will be able to switch to 2G from 3G, but I never expected 3G to be this bad Not sure weather worth the savings compared to maxis to get dropped and failed calls

Do any of you guys face such issue in KL? I would love to hear your workarounds

Hi guys! i've got a question about digi broadband. now digi is giving free 50gb broadband sim card if take one year contract on their plans. my question is, can i put that card in my phone sim 2 slot and use the internet from it? does digi still block voip stuff on their broadband plans?

Guys anyone noticing volte disappearing and only reappearing after turning on off airplane mode?

Guys, I’m using iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14.6 with volte

Today I noticed my Apple Watch and phone ring for one second (not using digi airsim atm)

When I looked at the phone and watch, no notification and nothing in the call log

I have dnd enabled and only family can ring my phone

Turns out someone did try to call me, but it didn’t show up in the call log and it only rang once.

For the other line it rang normally

Is this an iPhone problem or digi problem ya?

This is the second time it is happening

I’m not too sure if it’s exactly the same. I’m using esim now on my iPhone and I’ve noticed recently that certain calls just ring once on my phone and then it stops. These supposed failed calls don’t show up in my call log, and I won’t know who called unless I was actively looking at my screen

I dunno if it’s digi or esim or iPhone problem, but I never had any issue like this before

The person who tried to call me says the phone just went straight to voicemail, even though it tried to ring for me😂😂

Hahahaha thanks for the info! Actually I only changed to digi from maxis because my bill for whole family used to be 500+ even in lockdown when nobody using

Now only 120 and still got unlimited calls for everyone

Digi called and said it’s because of congestion issues, never had this issue before, I guess many in my area had the same thought as switching to digi to save money

Digi says it should be solved by October, but if not I’ll need to switch out before jendela January shutdown

Hello, today I was passing by Shah Alam on the federal highway and I lost signal multiple times in a single area whilst stationary in jam.

I had full 4G, then it’ll drop to 1 bar and the internet 4G symbol will disappear too

This happened multiple times within the span of one minute and it stopped

Anyone noticing this issue too?

Omg I thought I was going crazy ahhaha.

My 25gb finished yesterday, it usually never finishes before my billing cycle

I checked inside the phone data meter says I only used 19gb lol.

Yesss I hate this so much.

Need to manually turn it on and off lol

Hey guys! Anyone having problem receiving calls on DiGi as of late?

My calls are going straight to voicemail and I only get the voicemail sms that people are trying to call, then I can call back no issue

It happens at my home where I have volte activated and full 4G signal

Hey guys!! I have one number constantly stuck with “Sorry, yr request is not successful. Pls contact yr current telco to clarify.”

All other number in my family plan don’t have this problem, only my line, one of the supplementary gets this error.

Every time resubmit request also same, error and rejected the request to mnp

The rejection reason is then one number didn’t reply to the validation sms

My sim is esim can that cause this issue?

I think it is still long way before digi and axiata actually merge. and i heard somewhere that they will only combine 2g fisrt, same like what happened in the UK with orange and tmobile. will take few years before any actual combining

DIGI supports sucks so bad. Waited an hour for nothing. Nobody is answering their helpline too.
