There's no more "limited time offers" shown on Digi Infinite 100 and 150.
But, on Digi webpage, it said "Currently no plans are present". Have i100 and i150 plans been stopped? |

QUOTE(xVince @ Jul 11 2020, 11:24 AM) Hi guys, I’m abit confused with the digi phonefreedom 365 upgrade plan, hope someone can enlighten me. Do we still need to pay for the new phone installment after the upgrade? I called the digi centre and they say I would need to trade in my phone for the upgrade and extend the plan+phone installment for another 24 months. If you choose to upgrade phone every time, you are on phone rental plan alike. Your contract will be renew to 24 months for each phone upgrade. |

QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Jul 15 2020, 09:41 PM) I want to retrieve Lesapda coupon leh. Log in in the morning or afternoon to check your voucher code, then screenshot it, so you can view any time on your gallery.I already pressed "buy" when it gave "(_+!{¢×°¥✓¢{" message. So I switched to another number and repeat again. Altogether 3 times before it logs me out. Haiyo, did i just purchase 3 times? Lesapda coupon cannot stack and always expire in same purchase month. Can't even check if the purchase was successful or not, let alone retrieve the code. Digi app always can't log in at night time. QUOTE(arshad @ Jul 16 2020, 01:57 AM) It will be no difference between i150 and the prepaid. You'll be getting the very same 10-20mbps. |

QUOTE(Dothan @ Aug 1 2020, 05:03 PM) Currently I am owning 2 phone lines (both principal) and would like to conslidate as Family Plan. Supplementary line will be the same as your principal line.So I have a question: If 1 of the line become principal and sign up for Postpaid 80, and another line park under the principal. So the cost will be RM80 + 38 (without SST)? How about the data? Both lines share the 40GB? or separately has 40GB? Meaning each line has 40gb non shareable. Principal line will get loyalty bonus whereas the supplementary line will not. |

QUOTE(HippyTony @ Aug 8 2020, 02:12 PM) Shopee Mobile prepaid top up will give a few cents discount intermittently. Shopee also gives 10% cash back voucher every month provided you could grab one.QUOTE(wongzai @ Aug 8 2020, 06:40 PM) For all who interested with my report so far.. That’s the silly excuses used by DiGi CSs when they are in fact not going to do anything. Your cases will be ignored. If I were you, I would 100% porting to other telco.Been logging both tickets which are my house and office area. Both places been great before but not last year and here the answer when ticket log.. come on.. this happen in bukit jalil, KL?are you serious Digi? And ticket resolved within 1 minute as usual ![]() I used to get those nice promises from DiGi too, but it seems like not much improvement after 2 years. Testing with a-not-active-most-of-the-time prepaid. HippyTony liked this post

QUOTE(kit2 @ Aug 9 2020, 01:23 PM) where did you see that? i didn't get any notification on my app 30% for shopee direct topup or some sellers giving promo? QUOTE(#13 @ Aug 9 2020, 02:31 PM) It's for postpaid 38, 58, and 80 only. DiGi loves low APRU users. Those pay more do not get loyalty rewards. |

QUOTE(SleeplessEyes @ Sep 6 2020, 11:27 AM) I'm just curious. How accurate is this "DIGI Network checker " DO NOT trust Digi CS for such maintenance/upgrading work is in progress. Those excuses are used to make you stop complaining.http://coverage.digi.com.my:8080/coveragenetworkchecker/ Vs when I check for Network status with DIGI Chat CS online. When I check with DIGI Network Checker: Status is Green , No Issue When I check with DIGI customer service agent: They reported my area is undergoing upgrading of network. And they give me the date of completion of repair works. So is DIGI Customer service more accurate? |

QUOTE(joshhd @ Sep 6 2020, 12:49 PM) Not necessary. It could be real one also. After that, Digi CS will use excuses like "Digi proposed to install a new tower at your area…, kindly be patience and wait (perhaps for a lifetime) for the authorities approval." And, I believe many people are getting such "wan dei fu" promise. If the network issue still persists after the period of their maintenance and upgrading work ends, just complain to Digi again. No big deal... If still not solved, file a complaint to MCMC. As of today, a 4G+ signal yields. Furthermore, the 4G signal would last more than 1 minute, and will change to H/H+. MCMC nowadays is not very aggressive/effective. They would simply divert complaint back to the telco itself. BTW, I'm sharing my experience, and have no intention to make noise.
