Just mnp out 2 of my digi nos to other telcos. Had poor LTE coverage despite the tower is only 1.2km from my house. 2 or more years complaining, now I am no more with the yellow.

QUOTE(Cept @ May 25 2021, 05:16 PM) Guys, want to ask. I want to port out my Digi number to other telco. I already received SMS to reply Y or N. I already replied Y but didn't get any confirmation SMS whether they receive my request or not. Is it normal? Thanks! yup pretty common, most reason given we're not replying the sms. Usually have to requested MNP more than once or twice. |

QUOTE(imcrazyz @ Oct 25 2021, 08:07 PM) The rm15 NEXT package is just nice for me since I WFH all day now, only use data for short while per day when I go out to buy grocery, etc. just that no unlimited call is a slight bummer. Bigbonus is only for the old Live plan. The current Next has different offering.Anyways, I'm tryin to port into Digi, turned out BigBonus isn't one of the options... Is it sunset already? How do you subscribe to BigBonus plan? |

Any ideas if the quote from digi_kobi is applicable in order to change Next back to Live?

In case rejected, ask them the details of rejection i.e pay any outstanding bills if any.Let say i port from other telco postpaid to digi what is the procedure ya? Do i need to inform celcom and pay the outstanding balance first, or i go submit MNP at digi and pay for the RM35 first? |

I MNP from celcom postpaid to Digi 40, less than 24 hours during the weekend request accepted and my Digi activated. 2 days already with digi, checked the itemized statement I sent 2 unknown SMSes, wifi sms to non digi no. and another one is to 66668, both cost me about 25 cents. Never had sent any except to reply sms from celcom if I really want to port out, but that was using celcom sim.

Ported out 2 nos. from Celcom to Digi this week. Celcom's network around my place is getting poor, even using waze the map frequently missing after few km driving until I need to refresh the connection to get the display back. Test on digi and no more connection lost.

QUOTE(HippyTony @ May 23 2022, 08:05 PM) I noticed your plan Next 35 is auto renewal, so you don’t need the 365/RM30 unless you are planning to change to a non auto renewal plan. Are you? haven't making up my mind to change to any non renewal plans yet. Most probably I will stay to the current plan and that offer will be taken if I just want to make this no. dormant. Most probably not, as this is one of the main no. frequently in use. |

This is to confirm the sms received is a new free quota to selected no. but need to bind into a year contract. I am accepting the offer and what I am getting for postpaid 40 is 10GB + 10GB + 25GB. Only 10GB base quota is shareable. The total 45GB for RM40/month kira oklah.
In JB city mostly around Ulu Tiram and Tebrau I find Digi is the king, tapau in speed consistently vs to my other celcom no. This post has been edited by powerwoot: May 28 2022, 05:01 PM |

QUOTE(YoungMan @ May 28 2022, 06:07 PM) Not even the the 25GB as well as the 10GB promo leaving the only 10GB base quota for D40. I don't know what will digi offer in the future to keep competitive among umobile, xpax and hotlink at rm40 segment. However Digi did highlight me that after 12 months, there will be new offers to keep the customer stay for free but with another round of contract. |

I am on postpaid 40, and my contract supposed to end yesterday. Already replied to sms that I am no longer wanted to get free 25Gb quota with contract few days ago. Received SMS that my request in process. And yesterday evening received SMS that I am granted 5GB monthly recurring for 12month which of course I am automatically extended the contract. The extension is not under my consent at all. Dirty trick to keep customer by tied into contract. Tomorrow will contact them again as today is public and no one is replying to my request so far.
