Anybody who lives with you is using Digi? How's the Digi speed? Otherwise, try with one prepaid plan. Not everybody has same experience as it is location dependant. I'm very happy with Digi though.

for any telco, test using throwaway prepaid sim first before diving.
who knows if none of your locations (with an s) have acceptable service..

I was very happy with Digi , recently moved to Maxis due to pressure from my nieces for free stuff , now I’m regretting it , maxis reception and data like crap slow and their CS is super  annoying ..
going back to Digi soon

For me opposite I was using Digi now moved to maxis and I’m happy no downtime always been good. Download speeds falls below compared to Digi but always been consistent

Yes I agree, and not just speed or congestion issue, some of the places I’ve been going to for years with maxis had bad 4G and good 3G

After jendela I think, the 3G is gone in that area, and 4G was still not available 😂 so stuck on 2G

But besides that, I felt like everywhere I went, maxis was really unsatisfactory and I needed to buy some hourly pass to use on Celcom even when I was on the unlimited prime plan on maxis

DiGi so far only had problems in one area in Setia Alam, was just really slow haha, but nothing compared to maxis issues

Just really sad our family not unlimited anymore, very weird feeling and a year of being in prime 😢 but rm100 a month cheaper so it’s ok la

if u get a new postpaid plan,
im sure they will help u get it back the number

well, this is how i get back my very first number, but its was maxis that help,
at the beginning they said its not possible to just selected number,
but because my friend its loyal to maxis more than 15 years,
so my friend help me ask for favor to get back that number under his subline,
and voila i get back my number from postpaid to prepaid, and change under my name
