Guys, my dad is eligible for the Jaringan Prihatin stuff.
He already claimed the RM15 rebate per month for his Digi number (Prepaid).

However, his phone is quite old. Samsung Galaxy W.
Can my dad still apply for the Samsung A02 phone subsidy?

According to digi social media staff, if you already select the rm15 line subsidy, you cannot claim for rm300 phone subsidy

How exactly does that RM15 Internet Credit from Prihatin scheme work?
Prepaid here.
I bought RM10 2GB social + 30 days (Box of surprise) and it deducted my RM balance instead of that RM15 Internet Credit.

Wah, rugi lah ni macam. doh.gif

So, we claim that RM15 credit and if we don't use it. Digi and other telco simply "songlap" the money from government?

Good news is for rm180 rebate, if you are not satisfied with the current pricing for rebate claim from the telco, you can request to port out and carry rebate starting the next month to other telco

For example, if you want to spend nothing, simply request port out to other telco that charges nothing such as Unifi (2gb/month + 1gb daily), yes (15gb/month), etc

Only rebate for rm180 is transferrable to other telco. For rm300 rebate, the amount must cover the price of device, so no value to transfer left

Problem = there is RM300+ inside the prepaid account. sweat.gif

What a loss. sad.gif
