21th Oct me n my friend do at the same time.

Friend check said plan missing yesterday due to felt sudden internet speed drop to 3mbps.
Icheck mine missing too today.

Not even on 30days.

They probably counted Oct 21 as a full Day 1. Or gremlins in their system.

Well what did it say was the expiry?

From my experience (not Next), if it says "expiry 20-Nov-2020 00:00" it means the last valid moment was 19-Nov-2020 23:59.

Nothing to lose, no contract, and no speed cap. In fact if you do not use much, can even go lower and take Postpaid 59.

Digi made a mistake by putting the Extra Internet FAQ under Next, when Next doesn't have any auto-renew subs.

Sometimes they make things so complicated until their own staff are confused.
