It applies to all subscription add-ons with auto-renew which are available in Digi Prepaid.

Digi made a mistake by putting the Extra Internet FAQ under Next, when Next doesn't have any auto-renew subs.

Sometimes they make things so complicated until their own staff are confused.

1. Not only Digi, but happen to all telco. Just another unlucky number that got spam I suppose.
2. No telco can be perfect in coverage in M'sia. You have to test all of them and find the one with best coverage in your area. You know why ppl call Celcom the king of jungle?
3. this one if feel cheated can complain to MCMC. Can't comment more because need to look at the full T&C.
4. Don't blindly pay your bill. Check the statement to find out what are those charges that makes it inconsistent.
One good example always happen to postpaid with unlimited calls. ppl always think they can call any number they like without knowing that the T&C actually mentioned that calls to special numbers are not free.

Funny right sometimes Digi... Their prepaid is/ has always been better value than postpaid.

But also bear in mind Next 35 is "time limited offer". Someone said will end as soon as March 2021.

How long the prepaid Next 35 offer will last? Is it a temporary package?
If already registered this package can continue to use for many years? Or is it will be cut off after a few months?

Me using this (3-month bundle), even more base quota, all hotspot- able:

It is 3-months' advance payment. No need to remember to renew, for a while at least 😆

Renew 2 times only (30+30+30) , after that need manually subscribe again after 90days

Offer but cannot add on with rm8 unlimited call

Jokes aside, there must be something on postpaid side that still attracts people to sign up.

Me think all telcos has better PRE-paid plans than their own POST-paid (summore POST-paid must pay 6% tax...very silly...). The reason they taunted the PRE-paid plan is better in terms of pricing/quota is "SIM Validity". We need to constantly topup RM1.00 for 1 day SIM validity. If the SIM validity expired, cannot use data/call/SMS.

But, for DiGi, they tried to differentiate their offerings with other telcos by introducing "Always Active" feature. This is what killing the DiGi POST-paid revenue (other than the silly 6% tax...).

Thanx for the confirmation... so the table that they presented is "misleading". They should put it as "Additional Hotspot" header instead (despite of the paragraph above the table edy mentioned "Additional Hotspot".

Eh... Mine burnt the additional hotspot quota first before burning the base quota
