I have different version from customer services.
They say due to my grab card statement date not reach yet there is no statement.

Usually when accumulate become statement date pdf.
You can check total amount usage VS how many points credited into grab to cross check.

They ask me to patient wait.
The T-5 is referring when statement generated the working days for grab to credit back the grab rewards points.

To everyone here and especially the TS

Would like to note that the TS of this forum made an additional cc product inclusion (The MBB Grab product was added on later) to this forum without notifying nor consulting the Mods here.
Noticed it from the beginning but gave opportunity to the TS to voluntarily communicate this action/come forward voluntarily but it did not happen.

TS for this thread would not be allowed to add additional cc product to existing thread and switch cc products from what already is. Same goes for opening a new thread topic in the cc section as this is the thread topic he/she will have ownership/accountability of unless he/she relinquish ownership this thread topic (and subsequent versions) and a successor has been found to take over. Will not allow this to be set as precedence to other existing or new TS.

We had in the past threads being largely dominated by certain TS thus members are deprived from opportunity to manage the thread that they like and contribute to the diversity and richness of this section. We have been encouraging ownership of threads to members through focused/single ownership/accountability of thread topics and this incident defeats that purpose.

got my extra points today
basically i top up RM320 with my grab card on the 25 Aug
today i saw in my transaction history of extra 1600 points
so this means that 320 x 5 = 1600 points at the same time when i spend this 320 it will again give me 960 points

so in total we will have x8 points

i also got my top up & shopee transaction(24 & 25th Aug) today. I think digital card (on 19 ) did not get it. anyone got point
when use digital card (before physical arrival)? The point seem to count from physical card activation.

Confirmed ecommerce is 2x point

Actually I am confused about this, and if I may state, abit disappointed. If you have checked back to this thread, I have clearly stated in at front that I wasn't sure how this works and I was open to suggestion. Bearing in mind I was also upfront that I am new to this and yet I will do my best if given the opportunity. And after that, based on the quote above, I did ask for permission before amending the posts to include the MBB Grab card.

So please enlighten me in which particular portion that I could do better. Otherwise, I would appreciate if you could also explain to me how to resolve this.

ya...u need to pm him & to see how to resolve this. Most likely u should stick this for shopee cc rather than grab cc. they dont allow 2 card in one forum. I also confused when discussion jump from shoppee and grab.

Has grab forum open? If yes, then let move to next forum as initially this is for shopee cc

i beg to differ. it depends how popular are the cards actually. no point having individual threads which will disappear into the back pages. if u are a regular in this section, u will see there are combine threads for hsbc, citibank, cimb, SC, aeon, ambank, public bank to name a few.

So the spending depends on your level, right ?

Yesh, your Grab membership level will affect total of how many x's the points are (from Grab account standpoint, CC not affected).

Meaning CC top up x5 of the amount load

then spend depends on level again.

that's true. but best if TS seek audience with the mod and seek his blessing to add maybank grabcard to this thread. otherwise may end up like ocbc thread, due to too many regulations etc, nobody wants to take up the job and that's why we don't have an ocbc cc thread now.

the point is simple: seek permission from mod explicitly (via PM), not asking the fans here whether to add new card (mbb-grab) into preapproved topic for mbb-shopee.

even if to create a new topic for mbb-grab, also seek approval first or let other interested users to create a new topic (also to seek approval prior).

end of the day, it's the TS' responsibilities and due diligence.
