I spent on Aug 19, topup rm300 Into grabpay using the card.

So far only received, Grab X Maybank Welcome Bonus

For Grab X Maybank Point still not appearing whom should I contact? Maybank or Grab support?

Any ideas?

already say, T + (3 or 5 days) . exclude sat and sunday. u call maybank, they will ask u to wait. Talked to them yesterday.
My transaction date record on system is 20 Aug. So 21, 24, 25 , 26 is the period time. They may process batch by batch.. So u better wait till after 5 days. CS wont able to help except ask u to wait....

it is not under grab CS.

Yes I'm aware of T+3 or 5, my spending appeared on system Aug 19. 1 day ahead of you, but I'm still not receiving it.

Maybe need activate your card ?

Talked to customer service. Now understand how it work

1. Must be working day.
2. Based on transaction, some point will count & debit in fast depend on grab
3. One of my transaction on 24 has rewarded point.
4. Top up not yet (20 aug) , according to them , not yet 5 days. So need to wait till friday & report case if dont receive it on saturday. So your case 19, need to wait till thursday and call on friday.
5. Another transaction on 24 & 25 Aug also did not get reward. Wait T+ 3 or 5 days)

In summary: GRP debit in based on
1. T + 3(or 5 working day)
2. Based on transaction type
5. Grab system

No wonder calculate also not tally except it refer to my 24th Aug transaction.

I’ve got a question. Since now in grab you can only get points if you use grab wallet, so when I linked my Maybank x Grab cc in my grab account and used that card to order grab food (use cc, not grab wallet) am I still entitled for points ?

Or do I topup using my cc into my grab wallet (get grab points from using the cc) And then use the grab wallet to make purchases (gain points again for transactions)

20 Aug - spend 1300 top up grabpay

Today rewards get 2500 points
= spending 500?

Just curious, doesnt it mean reload to grabpay and use is better becasue

Use card to topup grabpay = 5x + spend from grabpay = 3x
Link card = 5x

ask them to update the limit also update to make sure that this is not a e-card but a physical card
