I just received latest card statement, only realised already been charged service tax RM25.
Is it possible to cancel the card without having to pay the card tax? There are 2-3 outstanding transactions haven't posted yet. |

Remember how everyone raged @ Netflix over the net for adding the "same household, same account" thing and Netflix backtracked? Can it be done the same for banks as well? I wonder if we have the power to make them backtrack their plan.
