Is there anyway to apply for Grab MBB card other than the website that I can try?

Kept getting rejected and every reject is almost instant via sms.

Sometimes I don't even receive any sort of confirmation of application.

Thanks for all the replies. After the first reply, I went looking deeper and finally found some forms, while I'm not even sure if it's still valid for use.
Meanwhile, I'll wait awhile and see if I get feedback, if not, I'll get back to you. Thank you.

Update: The email address provided in the form did not work for me as the email kept getting rejected. I suspect the email address is not updated. What a mess.. Maybank 😬

Hey, finally got my card after numerous tries since January last year.

So I thought I would add my card into Samsung Pay, weirdly it asks to call bank for verification. Now, I've used Samsung Pay few years back and I don't remember having to verify anything.

I called the number provided, but it's a long wait now, will try again later. Anyone went through the process? What's the process like?

Hi, for maybank cards, do you receive SMS transaction alerts?

This is my first card with Maybank, while my other card is still sending SMS which I find it very useful.

Yup. Call the number, then tell them you want to add to samsung pay. Without doing anything after speaking to them, the pending card in samsung was added. What a surprise.

Oh.. The first call didn't do anything for me, told me to wait 24 hrs, but nothing happened. So called again, this time prior to hanging up, I checked with them that they're resetting the token for my device... Voila..

Hey, thanks. I finally went the route of email application after multiple rejections or no replies via the website. I decided that I would persist this time around, so I kept following up with them via email after the first 10 business days. I'm still not sure what happened though with the prior rejections.

Also, FYI, I did not receive any sms of confirmation during the entire process, and it took a total of 22 days since the initial email submission, to the final confirmation of approval via email.

I did not opt for walk in due to covid restrictions, and I don't really like their frontline customer service.

I just noticed this today. How does it come about?
I've definitely spent more than 1k within a few days of activation.
So what does it mean by spend another RM 200?
Also read through every dizzying TnC I could find, but couldnt find an answer.

MBB Grab : I noticed that there are no points given for Lazada despite mode of payment selected is credit card (not Lazada Wallet)

Just an update, indeed there were points given for Lazada payment via credit card.

However, if you note the difference in description, I have no idea why one included the term "topup" and no points, while the other with points given. Meanwhile, both transactions were made via the same mode, NOT via Lazada Wallet.
