Any advise on this? Should I go for Maybank 2 Gold or Maybank grab?

Where you spend more?

Shopping, utilities, petrol. But rather than having cashbacks, maybanktreat points etc. I'd rather have grabpoints in the long run. 

I paid for the pre-order on Maxis website using my Maybank-Grab Platinum MasterCard last night. Shall monitor if I get 2X GrabRewards for this transaction in coming days.

Right now I have shopee card. Am thinking to cancel it since I have been topping up a lot to ShopeePay and i don't think I earn much coins from it. Is Grab card more worth? Considering cancelling the shopee card. I do have a FCB card but the 1% cashback feels very negligible.

I do topping up shopee pay as well.i topped up rm3000 but they barred my account saying detected unusual activity.do you guys have such experience?

My personal feedback on grab cc. - Love it . Been my most rewarding CC compare to my 2in 1 maybank CC. Especially i have cancelled the MasterCard.

Now my point is well spent and more faster than accumulating for few years. + AMEX now limited merchant and with CMCO even less usage (when stay at home)

Change a lot of voucher for syabas, digi, maxis reload, steam, razor, grab food, and the best is Lazada voucher. By the way Grab giving 50% point on Lazada voucher. RM20 (last time - 3200 point), now can use 1600 point.

And hurry while stock last up to 300 redemption. (Lol...minus 2 from me)

Is the Welcome Bonus 5000 Shopee Coins given 3 days after the >RM300 transaction has been posted OR 3 days after Statement date.

It seems possible that there are scenario's where you can double dip your points when reload + spend with the amount reloaded in Grab (Platinum tier)
Assuming reload x5 Grab reward points + x3 Grab reward points when payment through Grab account.

Sample of Calculation:
1) 640 Grab points = RM4
2) 1120 Grab points = RM7
3) 2080 Grab points = RM13

If we take x5 + x3 Grab reward points into consideration, the rebate equivalent to ~5%

- 2080 Grab points / 8 = RM260 spending
- RM260 x 5% = RM13 return

Just to want confirm, is there any capping grab point earning by topping up grab ewallet in a month? Just like shopee, they capped 5000 coins per month. Wondering Grab Maybank card have such rules as well?

If I convert my payment using Ezypay Plus, will I still get the shopee coins?

At this moment I can tell grab points have no limits on capping from maybank grab.

Only stopping you is grab pay daily limit 1k.
Yearly limit is 50k

Ive asked the same question to CS for MBB Grab. They say just convert the instalment before statement date.

For grab, since points credited is T+2 days. Didnt think they will retract back all the points eh. Ahahah
