I asked Maybank about this and they showed me Maybank-Grab Platinum MasterCard t&c that no GrabRewards shall be awarded for Maybank EzyPay Plus.

But of course we all know GrabRewards points are credited to our Grab account very fast. Not sure if they will claw back because I didn’t follow-up anymore after their last reply.

Just converted RM1000 x 6 transaction with Maybank Grab Card (points have been credited to my grab account) to 0% 12 months instalments.

Based on CS - as long as points have been credited (tidak akan berlaku sebarang penolakan mata ganjaran grab)

If wanna appeal, do we have to send all the documents to the mbb cc email? Or just state that i wanna appeal?

Normally how long they reply?

I just went to maybank to ask about it and say application is thru online only, cuz digital card etc etc

Are you qualify with the requirements or any existing mbb credit card? Usually if u have existing mbb card then it will combine credit limit or shared same limit..

My experience of application is received approval in 1 day..
