 How to lose 10 kg?

I am trying to get to my target weight which is to lose 10 kg more, what do you guys recommend me to do?

Avoid sugary drinks. And intermittent fasting. Hope that helps. Good luck!

CICO diet along with exercise/workouts or drastically do cardio to lose your muscles if you don't wanna be fit. Once again, it's pointless to look at weight when it's body fats that matter, you can look hench at 80kg but look fat at 70kg.

Cut sugar and salt consume. Regular exercise is needed too.

How about not eating for like 3 days? Does that usually do the trick?

Yeah that's a good way also. I mean when you're dead u can lose all your weight in no time.

Why so desperate want to lose 10kg in such short time? Any problem you facing right now?

Even if you can hold your temptation to eat, you still can't lose that much of weight in this short period, lol. Moreover, the weight difference will immediately be reversed after you start eating back, not to mention your body will be having many problems like fatigue, faint, etc, during the water fasting. And one more thing, rapid weight loss may lead to loose(saggy) skin and it's usually something that can be surgically removed only.

Current weight is 99 kg, ideal is around 84 - 90 kg. According to BMI calculation 99 kg is overweight.

Mate, BMI is a pretty inaccurate tool to determine whether you're healthy or not. Like I said many times, BF% and waist circumference are what you should take care of. Aim for <20 BF% and <40" waist circumference if you're male, <35" if you're female, and build some muscles then you're good enough already.

I think the answer is very clear. Calorie in calorie out. Eat less exercise more. Super easy. Confirm lose at least 2kg water in first week. That will keep u motivated and going.

Main problem is yourself whether u want to do as per above or be lazy and don't want control your diet. Whether u want to accept the truth that this will take time and no shortcut except surgery.

Its not how many meals or the time you eat. Its the portion (calorie) that u consume.

70% is your diet. 30% is exercise

During MCO i did a test where i've lost 5kg doing 0 exercise.

Just controlling my diet following Keto and intermittent fasting.
I slowly moved towards eating 1 meal a day and only on protein diet, vege, fruits.

0 Sugar, 0 Carbs.

It may take over a year of exercise (running, gym etc) and knowledge and new habits about eating and nutrition. Weight is more dependent on food than exercise in my experience. Weigh yourself every day and eat better.

+1 for the above. Cut down sugary stuff and the goreng goreng stuff. Junk food like chips too should be stopped.
And whatever you eat, eat in moderation.
If you can, do light exercise like brisk walking around your housing area. Perhaps 30 minutes for 3 - 4 times a week.
