During MCO i did a test where i've lost 5kg doing 0 exercise.
Just controlling my diet following Keto and intermittent fasting.
I slowly moved towards eating 1 meal a day and only on protein diet, vege, fruits.
0 Sugar, 0 Carbs.
How to lose 10 kg?
