+1 for the above. Cut down sugary stuff and the goreng goreng stuff. Junk food like chips too should be stopped.
And whatever you eat, eat in moderation.
If you can, do light exercise like brisk walking around your housing area. Perhaps 30 minutes for 3 - 4 times a week.
