For the gmmk pros, is to take out the stabs, clean and lube them, if you have durocks and don't fit in the al plate, just keep the GOAT housing and frakenstab it after doing the holee mod. you can also add in a piece of plaster on the pcb before screwing the stabs on.
Amongst my gmmk pro's, what i'm having problems are not so much QC, but design flaws. gasket implementation is bad, GOAT stabs are not GOAT, could have used a smoother rotary encoder, QMK/VIA implementation not working as intended.
if you're looking for prebuilts and non DIY keybs, go with keychrons, slightly better QC than the cheaper china clones.
