Hi there!

I'm not sure if this is the correct avenue to ask. But is there a way to determine where/which pipe is the water leaking from? I have a water pump at home that won't stop running, and I understand usually due to some leak somewhere. I've inspected all toilet/pipes that is connected to the tangki water/pump and couldn't find any possible leaks. Don't see any new water marks around etc. Any ideas?

Not sure is the correct to ask this.
I am staying in condominium and i have a pipe stuck required to fix the pipe from below unit but my neighbour do not allow me to fix it and my management cannot do anything.
Is there anyway i could get some assistant to get this done?
It been like this for 1 month , i am unable to use my kitchen.

isolate all by turning off the stopcock located in each bathroom and turning on one by one. that would narrow down the problem location. most pipes are hidden in wall and I doubt you can inspect those. usually can rule out kitchen and outdoor taps as those are direct. Unless your house piping system is designed to run on tangki as well then it is a bit hard to isolate

get a plumber. blocked pipe is usually easy to fix especially your problem is pipe going down and not from neighbours above. have you tried sodium bicarb n vinegar, plunger fix yet? Usually lard and food particles

Removing a clogged discharged pipe at below unit is a messy, smelly and dirty job. Seldom do owners agreed and especially those who spend some money for a nice kitchen.

You need to do this on your side ...

Other methods seldom work if you have tried and if is a bad clog.

Cheap method b4 calling the expert ...

Checked for any cracked tiles and lossen cement joins.

For cracked tiles use Penten coating. Use a brush to to cover the crack.

http://www.pentens.com/product.php?l=&p=4&lang=en

For the lossen cement joins, remove and use silicon to fill the gap.

I see, previously got ppl advice me to brush all the joint using waterproof coating as the tiles itself has no crack.

But still the leaking happened.

And ur suggestion are using silicon to fill it? Can point to me which kind of silicon to do it?

Thanks!

Waterproof coating are for fine cracks and not for joins.

Buy those multipurpose type will do. You can find those at any hardware shops. Buy those "clear' type.

I've fix the WC issue but I am not sure how to know if it was fixed, when i touch the corner of the store room wall, it smells kinda musty, by the way that bathroom was rarely use.

Water supposing should always flow down, it is unlikely that it is caused by WC Drain pipe. One way to eliminate that is WC issue is stop using this particular toilet for 1 week and see if the problem reduce.

When you can smell musty, it means it's building up molds and it's very bad for your health.
Get it fixed ASAP!

Hi
I got leaking at vertical wall
Inner wall is inside house
Outside wall is open area
Got a small horizontal crack at outside wall
Is that the reason water come in ?

Also can i use epoxy paint to cover it up ?
Can we put normal paint on top of epoxy paint ?
If cannot, what other way to hide that epoxy (eg. Put 1 thin layer cement on epoxy then sealer then paint ?)

hi I got question here.. not sure if this is the correct place

One of my pipe, it was fitted with this kind of pvc plug (square), & it a bit far inside wall... any idea how to open it? Due to its beyond the tile wall, I cannot use adjustable spanner.... It seem overly tight..

is there any T wrench for this size?
