How to rectify water leaking issue on balcony which its flooring already installed tiles.
The water from balcony (from rain) leaked onto bottom floor which is the parking. The water leaked kena the car and it's nightmare to clean it as the stain very hard to remove.
Any sifu can give some ideas?

QUOTE(mini orchard @ Aug 11 2020, 11:15 AM) Cheap method b4 calling the expert ... Checked for any cracked tiles and lossen cement joins. For cracked tiles use Penten coating. Use a brush to to cover the crack. http://www.pentens.com/product.php?l=&p=4&lang=enFor the lossen cement joins, remove and use silicon to fill the gap. I see, previously got ppl advice me to brush all the joint using waterproof coating as the tiles itself has no crack. But still the leaking happened. And ur suggestion are using silicon to fill it? Can point to me which kind of silicon to do it? Thanks!

QUOTE(mini orchard @ Aug 11 2020, 11:30 AM) Waterproof coating are for fine cracks and not for joins. Buy those multipurpose type will do. You can find those at any hardware shops. Buy those "clear' type. Alright thanks! Edit- how foolish of me thinking silicone unable to withstand heat and rain. This post has been edited by dman: Aug 11 2020, 12:06 PM
