As duduk by EcoWorld - Huni & Se.Ruang are 32-storey serviced apartment, expectation on the finishing will be higher. Let's see how it goes. Many have signed the SPA, so it is up to the developer in positioning this project, whether low cost or mid-tier. ~ MYR 400k is slightly above the affordable range category.

Ok, So Huni @ EA is under T&T design portfolio.... Aeres @ EA also under T&T also....

At least karisma got 5 star rating in google and many give good feedback eg well thought layout etc.

price is different & cement render is the same - that's the part you mistaken

they are still fixing the leakage issue and resurface cement surface (uneven and chip off). you may visit level 9 to witness that.

only entertaining factor for buying huni is having u as immediate neighbor
