They said will pass it when home complete due to some smart switch need to install. nt sure which information is right.. but feels rugi la if they hand over later.

Ask yourselves, if the current smart devices (vaccum cleaner, Google home etc) only hand over to you 3 years later, do you still want to use these outdated devices then? If they really pass down the same devices 3 years later, the current market value worth of rm1k+ may only worth <1/2 price then, might as well you get these devices now & if don't want to use just sell it off for cash.

This merger between UEM sunrise and Eco World, will it affect to quality of the works? With the merger, Eco world will be fully owned subsidiary of UEM sunrise. Any views?

Hope UEM won't be same fate as his brother MK built by Sunrise...and current MK developments based on remaining pocket lands... No master planner required. UEM founded from Renong... Which bankrupted during 98 Asia Crisis.... Without government financial support... UEM is nothing... UEM keep selling their land bank in Iskandar Johor... Their projects halt since few years back... Tan Sri L and Dato C are big names in the industry 😁 I'm confident Inta Bina, being the contractor for duduk's Huni @ Eco Ardence and Se.Ruang @ Eco Sanctuary, will do it's best to maintain excellence in either Conquas and Qlassic. That's what they are known for quality in construction work. Three years down the road, what will it be in both township? I'm just being positive 🤣 and looking forward to VP. Meanwhile, we have this covid-19 pandemic to deal with until 2021. Stay safe everyone 🤗

No conquas no qlassic and still rectifying corridor cements that chipped off from time to time.
