I did question about this when signed SPA. They said will pass it when home complete due to some smart switch need to install. nt sure which information is right.. but feels rugi la if they hand over later.

Ask yourselves, if the current smart devices (vaccum cleaner, Google home etc) only hand over to you 3 years later, do you still want to use these outdated devices then?
If they really pass down the same devices 3 years later, the current market value worth of rm1k+ may only worth <1/2 price then, might as well you get these devices now & if don't want to use just sell it off for cash.

Where possible, provide near to completion or VP. Else, what is there to shout about smart home features, 2 years + later

This merger between UEM sunrise and Eco World, will it affect to quality of the works? With the merger, Eco world will be fully owned subsidiary of UEM sunrise. Any views?

Well, if the proposal okay then we might see Duduk by EcoWorld, a member of UEM Sunrise 🤣

If it does materialise, likely Tan Sri L and Dato' C to run the show. That is the purpose of getting EWDG Berhad into UEM. Creating synergy and township planning.

In terms of quality, no question about it. UEM as a master developer of Mont Kiara and having a huge landbank/presence in Iskandar Puteri also need to safeguard its reputation. Backed by Khazanah, things will only be even bigger in 10-15 years.

Khazanah also sole ownership of MAS.... Hehhe... Hope UEM won't be same fate as his brother

MK built by Sunrise...and current MK developments based on remaining pocket lands... No master planner required.

UEM founded from Renong... Which bankrupted during 98 Asia Crisis....

Without government financial support... UEM is nothing...

UEM keep selling their land bank in Iskandar Johor... Their projects halt since few years back... They dun dare to start... One Forest City can tapao all other developements in Iskandar...

But he will be a very minority shareholder..So probably will have many limitation in decision making for spending..

Let's see how it goes. Most importantly, no significant impact towards existing projects. Tan Sri L and Dato C are big names in the industry 😁

I'm confident Inta Bina, being the contractor for duduk's Huni @ Eco Ardence and Se.Ruang @ Eco Sanctuary, will do it's best to maintain excellence in either Conquas and Qlassic. That's what they are known for quality in construction work.

Three years down the road, what will it be in both township? I'm just being positive 🤣 and looking forward to VP.
