my unit level 6 but get parking at level 1..

In conventional manner, highest unit gets the lowest floor.

Normally it will be included in your maintenance fee..so the unit is (1000 sqft + parking area size in sqft) x rm0.25/sqft. So it probably be like additonal rm5-10 per month for 2 car parks..

Yes we paid for it but somebody need to pay for maintaining the car park as well, electrity charges etc..

This is enforced by our Government, through SMA2013 and inforced from Feb 2015.

Actually this is fair coz some premium condo has 0 cp for studio, but 3 cp for large units. so may not be fair for the studio unit to share out the main parcels maintenance equally (which they don't occupy any).

Same goes for those who has bigger pocket garden will need to pay more despite same built up.

And need to be bailout.
