Got parking at R1 level. From what Ive been informed by SA, house level 6 n 7 will get parking at rooftop😌😌

Its okay to climb the stair than to climb up with car to the rooftop at level 10😂😣.

Later my husband car will have so many scratch bcz i need to send my sons to school 2 times/day. Im afraid I will always kiss the wall while climbing to my carpark at the rooftop.. 😂

Just comeback from signing SPA, I took more time to study the layout.

Sam59 didn't know how to due due diligence b4 buying properties. Say all factors are not important but asking the questions. Just spoon feed him with the info if you can.
