MMF is more for fund parking but REITs and dividend stocks are somehow not so suitable for parking.

MMF is only good for weekly parking while REITs and dividend stocks are more for quarterly parking hence it is better for medium term parking as compared to MMF
Even local REITs at rm0.01 gain still close to 1% monthly gain compared to MMF
The only difference is the settlement time

Actually there are reits which are super stable and suitable as parking place. One of them is parkway life REIT.
Before COVID 20 used to be even better but still consistent as it recession proof trust hence stable dividend stocks

Even UK, Germany Australia France has many those companies which ones need to take time to find out just that ppl lazy for gains instead
