How can they deny it? Wait, what did they deny? If they denied the taking apart of the phone, how the hell did the sticker get peeled off then? By the will of god? Come on!

But let's get it clear first, what did they deny?

Ask them whether the waranty still valid or not, also ask them to replace a new warranty sticker for you. If they refuse, demand their manager to speak to you and make a fuss there. This is a serious issue as maybe later they will deny your warranty as the warranty sticker was torn. In the first place, are you sure the warranty is not torn up when you bought the phone? Just some confirmation purposes only.

Oh dear, i face the same problem with my phone...they forgot to replace the warranty sticker after checking the software...damn....

You might wanna go over and make a fuss about it, else they might not honor their warranty. That would be really bad.

my friend said there's fake zitron sticker out there.i'm confuse,what model for nokia phone under zitron and what model under avaxx?so,i dont be fooled by fake zitron sticker...

its not that i want.hard to explain.nowadays some nokia phone are under zitron but some are under avaxx.for examples,n3230 is under avaxx.so,if the seller sell that model but he clarify it as under zitron warranty,i can know he is using fake zitron sticker.

the things that i want is the list of what model under zitron n what under avaxx.anyone have?

I'm not very sure but the phone also bought from the same shop mah.
SO should be not torn.If torn earlier also must be their fault right?

If it's torn when you bought the phone, it's their fault but they can argue that maybe you are the one that accidentally tear it apart. Just ask them to replace a new sticker for you.

How can they deny opening it? Tell them that the sticker was intact prior to her sending the phone to the shop. If they insist that they didn't open the phone, ask to talk to the manager or someone higher up in the rank. At this point, it's pointless to argue whether they opened the phone or not. Just ask the warranty seal to be replaced, as without it, they can easily claim that the warranty is void. And you whenever you send the phone for in, you would have to pay. That is unacceptable.

Can we bring our AP set phone to authorised distributor shop to fix? Will they fix them? How about we're willing to pay?

You can bring the phone to the the authorised shop to fix and they will charge for their service. But if the AP set is still under warranty, then send it back to the AP shop and let them fix for you then

last time bought an AP set...the shop closed down..my hp still under warranty...luckily nothing wrong with the phone ^^ hehe

Always buy phone with those famous distributor (I mean AP Set), dont buy with all those unknown or not so called famous, coz they might shutdown anytime, then later you will have difficulties on claiming warranty....

actually i don really trust AP set..not to say is bad or something...coz once the guy selling me hp tell me ap vy troublesome when it comes to repairing..they will deny n blame is ur fault that ur hp got prob..n it will take ages to repair ur phone.

Can anyone tell me where is the HQ of CSL. I plan to buy 6680. I'm not planning to buy from Zitron/Avaxx since the price is quite high . Also not plan to buy from the handphone shop (not all) coz some of them cheat damn well . Since I've heard so many good news about CSL so perhaps can pay a visit to their HQ and buy it from there.

i tried claiming warranty for my n8310 bcoz of hang.after weeks,they said cant repair.then i ask my fren who is electronic technician.he said 2 of main chip is lost/empty....

the only ap set left is csl,no more...others= under water set..

how about er..final choice?
