HI to all
My cousin bought a 6680 one month back.
Behind the phone only have a sticker by a company named A(the logo stated A only.So don't know what company is that).
Don't even have a SIRIM sticker.
So is this a water set?

BTW,one week after using, she feels that the battery finishes very fast.
She went back to the shop and the seller told her that the problem is something to do with the software which makes her phone to consume lots of the battery. Is this true?
So she left her phone there for a day and collect it the next day as claimed by the seller that he needs to service the software.

AFter taking back the phone, she didn't check it out.
Today, she found that her warranty seal that close the opening part was torn.
What can she do with it?
Is the warranty viod?
But it's the seller that tear it.
I think that the seller open up the phone(don't know for what lar).
So what can she do now?

Thanks for your help.

HI

Thanks for your help

Means she bought a water set?But the phone shop told her it's AP set.
She bought for RM1850.(at that time ori set is RM2100.So the seller recommend the AP set as it's cheaper.)So means now not AP set but water set?
What can she do then?

Regarding the seal, there's no other seal.At that time of purchase, there's two seal. One on the opening part and one more on the circuit board? Now the opening part seal broken.

One more question if u don't mind.
Why there's a need to stick a seal on the board?(when u take out the battery,on the left of the simcard there's an exposed part whereby u can see the board. There's a seal there.

So basically what can she do to that shop?

The scenario now is :
She bought a waterset when she supposed to be buying an AP set.
The seller open up her phone without any valid reason.

Thanks for helping.Really appreciate it.

How can they deny it? Wait, what did they deny? If they denied the taking apart of the phone, how the hell did the sticker get peeled off then? By the will of god? Come on!

But let's get it clear first, what did they deny?

They denied opening the phone.

Ask them whether the waranty still valid or not, also ask them to replace a new warranty sticker for you. If they refuse, demand their manager to speak to you and make a fuss there. This is a serious issue as maybe later they will deny your warranty as the warranty sticker was torn. In the first place, are you sure the warranty is not torn up when you bought the phone? Just some confirmation purposes only.

I'm not very sure but the phone also bought from the same shop mah.
SO should be not torn.If torn earlier also must be their fault right?
