For MHUpgrades, i just did a minimum bid of RM890 for business class for return leg NRT-KUL.
I wonder what is the likelihood of being accepted? any1 has experience on this? would it be easier to ask for it at the counter for the upgrade?

QUOTE(HumanExtinction @ Jul 19 2025, 02:33 PM) Delay sometimes inevitable, my airasia flight back from haneda to kl also delay 2 hours more from 12am to 2am. Cancel don't think can happen. oh ok good to know. I am okay with delay of up to 2 or 3 hours. As long as no cancellation I am good

If I have some tax-free items and the shop already sealed in plastic bag, can I put them in checked-in luggage? Do we need to show the customs officer at Haneda Airport before checking-in? If yes, where is the custom counter located at?
Second question, some of those tax-free items are not sealed (non consumable). Can those items be checked in too?
Many thanks

Then just before boarding, take out from plastic and throw away price tag. Can work?

If the Item comes with Box, throw away the box also. Example..Gundam....you need throw away the box for sure. Janji less than Rm500. 1 box of Gundam ok....2 MG set....you better throw everything away. Watchers 100% throw the box away... This post has been edited by RegentCid: Jul 28 2025, 12:17 AM

If don't like Touring, SUV are alternative. Touring / SUV normally alot available during summer, it will rent out instantly during winter because of ski equipment. Hi, want to ask for some advise/experience. Going to travel to Osaka @ end of September 2025.
For ICOCA card we can add and use the digital version in our apple wallet.
Does anyone have experience of topping it up using Apple Pay in Japan itself? especially using MBB Visa/Amex. Want to verify if it works as I am planning to use Apple Pay to top up digital ICOCA card(in Apple Wallet) as it goes during the travel. Also to use as backup in case of cash running out. Thanks.

I have digital suica on my iPhone, and regularly topped it up with my Apple Pay-linked CC while I was in Japan with no issues. I’m assuming ICOCA would be the same.

Yes can top up no issue, if worry can apply for a wise card. I used wise when topping up suica using apple pay.
