why they want to make 3rod? good question. They cld have done something to fix 3rod and yet it still happens rite ?

my guess is that they want to sell more xbox than ps2. hardcore of xbox would buy more xbox when they encounters 3rod.

60gb ps3 is no longer sold. 40gb is around 1360 - below.

they want to make 3rod as an indication of hardware failure for the console(three blinking light at the power button). or should just summarize it as 3rod = broken xbox360. i guess you've mistaken 3rod as "modded"

oh ok. its not they (M$) make 3rod. its just the effect of overheating parts of the xbox. gpu or something...i dont really care because a broken 360 is useless anyway. i would buy 360 myself before i buy ps3. 360 has a great library of games right now. but the thing that stopped me from buying is the hardware problem. i want to have fun not to worry about my hardware while having fun...i guess thats where ps3 is strong now. its in the hardware. and it has the titles that i really need i.e Metal Gear, God of War etc...

You have to search around. I got mine from SCE's keane, and to be frank with you it was actually a lil bit overpriced.


Majority of them are con-shops.

They will give you a price of the PS3 for RM1300 or even less, and then will tell you that the PS3 is Japan language only. See that sort of BS? Since when the PS3 was single language only? Oh right, like never.

Some of them will even pack in fake SIXAXIS controller as well. Other than that, their warranty claim is also crap talk.

60GB is the best/most completed features of PS3.
With hardware PS2 games support, also better chrome/finishing compare to 40GB, that fella selling it at RM1.1k with 4 games is really a great buy

eh? i said both modded and unmodded x box 360 are prone getting 3rod, but getting the unmodded one is better since it is covered by the 3 years warranty. (just want to clear it up bro) to me, xbox 360 is still a great gaming machine. But being a big fan of PS from the 1st gen, my heart is all out for Sony console just being hopeful that more and more great games will be out for PS3. I asked Bernard already to try to get me a US PS3 80gb MGS4 bundle. hoping to get good news from him soon
