no dont IP35-E no good...iam using it right now...the fsb cannot reach 400 on stock voltage....

Hmm... My E2140 seems to be stable at 3.0GHz with stock vCore, passed ORTHOS for more than 12 hours. My KVRs are doing 900MHz with 1.9v, timing@5-5-5-15, decent enough for a pair of RM65 ValueRAMs
